Transaction Capital - Long Term Weakness Emerging

Short
JSE:TCP   TRANSACTION CAPITAL LTD
Equities Local | Transaction Capital - Long Term Weakness Emerging | TCP has been one of the shares flagging on my technical screen as part of the 'emerging weakness group'. Over the long term we have seen strength in TCP, with the long term (monthly) RSI in a bull mode however the lower times frames are starting to signal a downside bias, with the weekly, daily, 4-hour and hourly charts all moving into a bear zone. This may signal weakness starting to emerge, which may highlight that while TCP has done well over the long term, the technical indicators suggest an underlying shift in sentiment from bullish to lukewarm. TCP Daily Chart: Lower Highs; First close below the 200-day moving average since 08 March 2019; Support range of 2115c-2150 being lost. RSI trending lower with a 37 print. TCP Weekly Chart: The trajectory of the RSI August 2019 has been sharply lower relative to share price. RSI now trending down with a 44 print. TCP Monthly Chart: 6-year trend line support being tested. RSI shifting from bullish to moderate.
