Hello traders, TREEHOUSE FOODS is in a bearish fake dynamic with a large volume of past buying and a kind of upside down hammer candle. Looking at the TIMEFRAME M1 we observed a form of marubozu a seller trace, which came bouncing on the bollinger base. With a low explosion in traded sales volume it is heading to its next low point which is outside the comfort zone to make a turnaround. To return to test the several stages of the bollinger to go to the broken VWAP and reach the top of the comfort zone to re-test it. There is a great chance that the price will breakout with the return of momentum in both the area to land in the one above and to get on the coming high.
