TLT might be one of the "safe heavens". It has been consolidating with a triangle (serial higher lows and lower highs). We need a higher high to confirm its trend change. It already appears to be breaking out, though choppy.
From the chart you can see I had expected a breaking down just like what happened in May 2013, so far it has not materialized, instead it started to climb higher since Nov. 2015.
We will watch carefully the triangle between the purple line and the red line in the coming weeks.
