Some how, Its related to Oil $CL - Bullish idea needs good Oil prices which will help $TOPS to jump and close upper gap at 0.85 currently 0.157 so around 5 X . high volume on green candles - positive RSI -MFI . the key point to break up recent down trend between recent tops . Target as showing on red lines. 0.4 could be a major point then the upper gap at 0.85 . Note stock had split 1/20 on Aug 2019 .. to be watched :) its ATL at 0.078 almost doubled from it!!
