Alt Coins Giving Mixed Signals

This can really go either way at this point. It seems we have a clear cup and handle pattern that was followed by a breakout and now we are currently at the retest of the neckline. On the other hand, there is Bearish RSI divergence and we really lacked volume during the breakout of the neckline. I charted the 2 scenarios that I think we can see play out. At this time I am remaining neutral until a more clear signal is given.
