Tesla came into our target box yesterday towards end of day. I was really hoping it would drop to at least the 0.5 fib line of subwave 1 where I had placed a buy order. Unfortunately Tesla had other plans and as you saw clearly was ready to start subwave 3. I left the box for subwave 2 on the graph so yall can still see the possibility this had of dropping further.
The box up top is for subwave 3 as it states and goes from the 1.618 - 2.618 fib lines of subwave 1. As I have stated in the past wave 3's have the highest probability of extending and would not surprise me at all if that's what it does. Might not go all the way to the 2.618 line, but past the 1.618 is very common.
After today I am more convinced Tesla is on a new bull run due to 5 waves going into and out of the $166.19 bottom. However we should not get to ahead of ourselves. We need a FULL wave 1 and then wave 2 retrace. If we are on a new trend then the Wave 3 will be the thing that proves it. Everyone will most likely go back to the doom and gloom thought that Tesla was crashing and it's all Elon's fault for not paying enough attention to it right before wave 3 kicks off....if that is in fact the path this chart takes.
At the beginning of this post I stated I had place a buy order at the 0.5 fib line of $177.35. Price didn't come all the way to me and i didnt chase it. I'm not worried about price running to far because as I stated...if this is a new trend, price will come back down in a wave 2. That is when we will have more clarity, that is where we will be getting clues for confirmation, that will be one of the safest places to enter.
If you have followed me from the beginning you most likely bought around the $168-175 area. That's 11.4%-16% profit...not to bad I would say. Make sure you're using stops to protect your profits. If you bought at the bottom like I called give this post a like and maybe a follow. There will be plenty of money to be made in the future of Tesla.
