Unity Software Inc.'s shares jumped on Monday, rising over 20%, after Apple Inc. revealed it will be partnering with the video game software development company for its latest Apple Vision Pro headset.
"We know there is a community of developers who have been building incredible 3D apps for years. Today, we are excited to share that we've been working with Unity to bring those apps to Vision Pro, so popular Unity-based games and apps can gain full access to VisionOS features," Vice President of Enterprise and Education Marketing at Apple Susan Prescott said during the tech giant's conference.
Unity's stock skyrocketed 21.42% at 3:21 pm ET, going for $37.64 apiece.
