The UK bull market has just ended

Short
FX:UK100   FTSE 100 Index
The Ending wedge which took almost 14 years to trace is likely over. Breaking below 7200 will reinforce this hypothesis. We should see the first impulse to the downside develop over the next few months. Breaking below 5494 should be the first waypoint.

Please note the sheer immensity of what's ahead - not only the ending wedge has ended, but a giant multi-decade upward move has completed as well. We therefore need to see a correction which should normally get us down by 1.382*(size of wedge ), a bearish zigzag bringing us to as low as 1750 by year 2020-2025.

We are going back to the past: the time machine is up and ticking. Financial-wise we will soon find ourselves in the early 1990s. The FTSE 0.19% chart is quite illustrative of what's coming. This ending wedge conveys a really horrifying image of the future direction of the world's economy and markets. Be prepared.
