US30, as we can see from daily time frame price is clearly overall bearish
As we were around support price rejected it and traded higher and now we are approaching a strong area resistance zone and this falling trendline
So for now what !
For now we will be searching for new sell setups but we need confirmation right !
As we can see price is forming a trendline waiting for the third swing to form then a break as shown in the picture
until that we are bullish from a short term perspective and we can still dive more before reversal or even a break above the resistance to become a support
Let's take it step by step we are bearish from a long term perspective searching for trend following as we mentioned before
Targeting 1-2 risk to reward ratio from a Risk Management perspective
and as usual follow your trading plan and manage your risk.
