Understanding what to look for in these conditions is vital to, first, an understanding of the market efficiency paradigm and secondly to finding entries.

So once you've mastered finding what the market is doing at any given time here's what to look for in each of those conditions to find elements to enter a trade.

a) In expansion you will usually find order blocks
b) In retracements you will usually find fair value gaps
c) During reversals you will usually see raids of liquidity pools
d) In a consolidation you will usually see price bounce off of the mid point of the consolidation before the expansion.

Find the one which resonates with your personality and master it, you may very well find a trade every day or week that repeats the the context that resonates with you as this happens all the time.
