🔻Inflation/General Market Assessment

Short
Hello dear friends.

📢First of all, I would be very grateful if you follow and like to support.
I have been working on the markets for about four years.
Unfortunately, most people act like gambling.
What I have learned in this past years is that although the work we do seems simple, it is actually not that easy.
Investors and traders need to know two things to be successful in this field.
The first is price analysis and the history of price movements.
The second is the causes and consequences of these price movements.

📰The main element of recent price movements is the cycle of interest and inflation. If we understand this and apply technical analysis, I think we can produce more successful assumptions.

Inflation: In short, it means a price increase.
There is only one main reason for the price increase. The deterioration of the supply-demand balance.

To summarize this simply, if you have more money in your pocket, you will offer more money to meet your needs, you will spend more and create more demand. If the increased demand lags behind production, prices will increase. Right now, the FED is trying to prevent this by increasing interest rates and narrowing the balance sheet.
According to the latest data, inflation in the USA continues to rise above expectations.
As you know, the growth of countries is measured by the amount of GDP growth.
This is reflected in our salaries. If a person's income increases below inflation, that person's purchasing power decreases.
Of course, inflation has many other effects.

While the situation is like this in the global conjuncture, there is no upward movement in the stock markets, gold or crypto markets. Technical analysis supports this assumption. The sales are firm and there is no sign that the selling trend is over. Of course, gold is moving a bit more stagnantly.

In the coming days, I will continue to evaluate other products according to technical analysis and make useful posts for you. I would be very happy if you could contact me if you have any requests,

See you.
