As we enter the new silver bull market i will focus on stocks that i believe will provide the greatest ROC. I have many silver stocks that have done over 100% already but i believe many are ahead of themselves. This little gem is dirt cheap, has had a massive volume accumulation bar and has just broke its trendline. I own it and recommend it as a buy at these levels.
