If you are feeling gambly - you could set your stop loss at or around the neckline -
I would NOT be overly surprised to see the price head back to it, bounce off of the previous neckline, and return bearish.

Personally i will take profits before then, and reanlyaze, however, a case could be made for the move i described above as well.
