USDCHF has been moving bullish, we can confirm this because it has again broken structure to the upside, how can we see that price will retrace from here?
We can see that we have a liquidity sweep where we also broke structure and then after the sweep, price in smaller frames has changed character indicating a change in the main trend.
When we look on the left of the chart where buyers came in, we can see that there was smart money that came in and left an imbalance, but also, we can also see on the chart that there are equal lows to be taken out before the trend can resume up again.
So what are we looking for? We are looking for price to sweep liquidity into a supply zone marked on the hour chart, then which will give sellers an opportunity to enter with smart money.
