moment the price action is not going anywhere you can go up or it can go down so we need to be careful about that so we need to observe the market and wait for the confirmation if the price break above the Baseline which is my blue line so we will enter in a bullish Market but if the price is not breaking up the Baseline and go down so that we will keep going down-
