As wee see, in H4 chart above, USDT.D makes higher high but oscillator (Market Cipher B and MACD) make lower high.
And we can see 3,95% - 4,00% as next level for reversal.
It is good sign for crypto market (temporarily) as we know USDT.D works in opposite direction with crypto price.

The bottom is not in.
