USDT.D possible signs of the weakened sell pressure?

As you can see on the chart usdt.d has reached to a all time high resistance zone…I personally think that it can be a sign of weakening sell pressure which can translate into an end for this break down in crypto…nothing is certain and one more Bad news can even cause the breakage of this zone…lets see how its gonna turn out…
