I always assume oil will hit .78 retracements and 37 is the last 25-77.
Comment:
Assuming a new wave 1 is complete. Looking for 2/3 - 80% of a retracement of this wave and test the previous trend support from the bottom. Extension of this wave 1 is primary target of long term trend line at 60-60.25
