USOIL WILL PROBABLY RANGE BETWEEN 27,31 - 20,76. IT GAVE ME A HIGHER HIGH AND HIGHER LOW ON THE RANGE, THEREFORE I EXPECT THE CONTINUATION OF THE PULLBACK. I HAVE A BEARISH BIAS!
