The crash has occurred and the damage is done.
It is quite unlikely that the oil price will not go below $20
I reckon the market overreacted.

It should hover above $30 for now.

Update on WTI Crude Oil (25 MAR 2020)

It is trying to do some recovery play but please be aware that we have yet to see a strong moment just yet.

In the nutshell, it could drift up a bit higher first.
