For those who are having ahard time understand this, so I don't have to answer the same over and over again.

Today High is 1233xx Right? Right.
I am refering to High of current day. This High is not making any logic behavior wise. 1234xx 1235xx etc etc is fine.. but the current High is just not making any sense based on binomial wave and behavior.
So I would expect a High for today Higher than 1233xx.
I hopem it is clear now.

Why?
Because such High means bear for tomorrow.
