If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2175, and TP2 at 2196, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.

If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 2142 and TP2 at 2125, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
