Wait for Change of Character, Daily Discount Area on Gold
First of all I marked up the nearest swing structural highs and lows on daily chart.
Daily Chart is totally bearish but last recent change of character is bullish. Bull CHoCH->Swing Low->Beginning of PB->Swing High->Daily Internal Area is now clear.
Then I marked up the daily supply and demand zones within this internal range. Last recent CHoCH is bullish, so we can expect some PB and then bull trend resumption targeting the trend extreme(possible weak high).
Also we have to mark up the premium/discount arrays on daily chart. Try to find long entries on discount and short entries on premium.
Moving to lower timeframe, 4H. All the 4H zones and LQ areas are marked up. Price tapped on daily demand zone which have one 4H demand/flip zone within and one other 4H demand zone below.
Since we are now at daily discount area and last recent CHoCH is bullish, we are looking for long entries.
4H flip zone is nice entry but has a huge LQ below so this LQ may be sweep before any upward move.
If price sweeps the LQ and touches lower demand, another possible long entry.
For both situations we have to wait for bullish change of character, otherwise any long entries now has low probability.
