XAU/USD 1H - With this market we have seen price range for sometime, yes we have been delivered with swings to both the up and down side but nothing with clear direction.
This leaves traders uncertain and as a result price becomes stagnant within a range, I believe that once price trades into the Demand Zone I have marked out below we should begin to see a push higher.
In order for me to take part at all now in this market on any long positions I want to see price trade into the Demand Zone, break structure fractally to the upside and give us the confirmation of bullishness.
Once we have all confirmation parameters met. We can then start to look for those bullish opportunities, an area to enter will be by looking for areas of Demand, using those as areas to enter in on this market from.
It will be interesting to see if price absorbs this area of Demand and continues to trade lower or if we see price reject well from this zone.
