XAUUSD - KOG REPORT UPDATE:

End of day update from us here at KOG:

Tight range being played by Gold with weekly and 4H resistance holding by a string at the moment. There will be a lot of volume being built up here with bulls wanting to attack 1900 and bears wanting to defend it! We'll stick with the plan at the moment, up first into the higher level and we'll short it again, otherwise we'll look lower to go long. Excalibur is leading the way and suggesting the move is on its way so please be careful, don't get stuck in the range in the wrong direction.

Support: 1866 / 1870 / 1865-60 / 1852 / 1850 / 1847

Resistance: 1875 / 1880 / 1883 / 1885 / 1896 / 1901

KOGs Bias for the day:

Bullish above 1865 with targets above 1885 and above that 1895

Bearish on break and close of 1865 with targes below 1855 and below that 1845

Summary:

Seems to be a messy bull flag on the chart with an Excalibur target active so support now stands firstly at 1872 and below that 1870-68. We have a Powell speech later today, so they’ll probably range it around here until the US Session and his speech shortly after US open. We had a fantastic day of targets completing yesterday so please don’t get caught mid-range. Use the range high and low with the 15m boxes if you’re going to get in.
