Fractal alert! We are in the process of creating the exact same pattern that we did in this zone in Aug-Sep 2018. Just look at how beautiful it is!
Do you buy now? I say no. I'd actually short here a little bit and buy down closer to about 4100-4300. There will be another dead cat bounce then you can increase your position before we rocket to the moon.
Stop loss at 4000, so buy as close as humanly possible to 4000 in order to minimze your exposure. Don't go all in, and don't fomo on a green candle. Don't become a bag holder. Get the trade and set the stop.
Watching the moving averagees and XRP has been bleeding to DEATH since January. Be careful for further bleed and respect the stop loss. If this goes to 3999, it's going to end up going much lower. Sure, there will probably be a reaction there but you should likely short that reaction as it'll just continue falling into the abyss.
If we do end up closing above 5000 or 5500 again on a daily timeframe, I'll update you all and let you know where the targets will be. Right now it looks like about 6200 will provide the greatest resistance with little hits along the way. Blue sky breakout at 8000 which is a long long way away.
