☄️Hey! Real quick but basically we've got this huge case development with XRP and explains the reasoning for as to why we've seen the price activity with this rally that started yesterday. The Judge presiding over the XRP and SEC case has basically ordered the SEC to handover the Hinman speech documents which it has been trying to keep confidential for months and now has failed to successfully do at the end of the day.
☄️That's basically the whole gist of it and if you've kept up to date with my postings and the case updates then you should know just how important and pivotal it is that Ripple will finally be getting the Hinman speech, it can quite literally change everything and give them the leeway they need depending on what's in the documents of course.
☄️Either way the bullish sentiment from that alone has been insane just as it should be, we're looking at something that's been in the fight for months and this is a big milestone for the case and most importantly Ripple. Also signals the Judge recognizing the SEC's argument over the document's confidentiality further proving that the SEC's not put up great arguments and has lost another pawn on it's checker board to XRP.
