1) Ripple is going to "win" their case vs the SEC....."win" implying, that they dont "lose", basically, because SEC = US Govt = Largest Organized Criminal Organization in human history....
2) XRP will be re-listed on US exchanges
3) US retail and institutional will be allowed back in...
4) None of the above is going to happen anytime soon, but what WILL happen is that US retail and institutional will realize that it WILL happen, and in the next months will try to get themselves back into XRP however they can...
5) The rest of the world, which comprises over 85% of the XRP market already, will gain even more confidence and continue as normal.
6) XRP has not had gains like other coins. It was hitting a $0.20-0.30 range post the last year 2020 dump....and hasnt really gone up much comparatively.
7) XRP is already one of the most widely used CURRENCIES in the world...
TL;DR XRP is underpriced because of US govt actions against ripple, which has mistakenly caused suppression and made XRP miss out on much of the bullrun momentum.
I say mistakenly, because as Ripple has frequently said: "Ripple as a company could cease to exist, and it would have no effect on XRP as a cryptocurrency"....
Actually, the only effect Ripple has on XRP is that they hold a large bag of it...

Right now we see XRP in a tightening wedge.
Most other cryptos are breaking out of these accumulation patterns nicely.
I was stupid enough to sell my xrp and take profit when I should have just bought more, so I'm personally hoping for it to drop down to the bottom of this wedge and fill my bags back up.
Given its price action though I really do think we will see some more downside within the wedge giving us a perfect entry opportunity below $1.30 - $1.20 area
XRP is a project you can invest in long term and just let it sit. Its not going anywhere except up.

our price floor is 0.93 and 0.72 for xrp in this phase until the next bull run
