I'm not a big cloud cover guy, but I do pay attention to certain aspects of the cloud cover, and I find it interesting how price recently snuck over the top of the cloud, and price looks like it is testing it as support. Will it hold? We shall see.
I think the overall sentiment is Altcoin winter is nearing an end, and it seems like most people that i follow are expecting new all time lows again...nothing wrong with that assumption! I think the cloud cover is a nice back drop for the next few days or longer! Since January 2018, XRP price has NOT been on top of the clouds very often, and as we are near a potential bottom, and price is now above the clouds, it's important to take notice here! IMO!
