Another Dump To 70 - 80 Sat before another significant pump

every time RSI 14 is in 23 -- 17 range we saw a significant pump at least 50%
the ideal entry would be ( waiting for RSI to go down , breakout from down trend , retesting support ):::> 70 Sat to 80 Sat range

with rising BTC dominance and high chance to go new high (btc)
