I have been watching this take shape for quit some time now and am posting about it because I think now because i received the confirmation I was looking for today. This is one of the nicest cup and handles I have seen to date. First it starts with the uptrend followed by the nice round bottom making an almost perfect cup then the pull back/ consolidation zone. Take note that the handle is about half way down the cup which is typical and what you want to see in a cup and handle pattern. It also bounced right off the 50 EMA and exploded up to the .00022000 range with huge volume increase. It is now settled back down between the middle bullanger band line and the top downtrend handle line. Where you buy in on this depends on your level of risk. The top of the top handle around the 16500 with a stop loss just below the 50 EMA would be an option or you can wait till it breaks and closes over the top of the cup. That shows even greater confirmation of the pattern and is therefor less risky. Potential earnings on this are could be substantial with your target being right around the .0003700-.0003900.
