Senator Tuberville sits on the Senate Committee of Forestry and Agriculture so he could have some insider knowledge here. Buy price: $23 to $24 (I think an entry at $23 is possible, but I wouldn't mind buying at $24). Sell targets: - $77.50 - Previous all time highs are around $1,100. SBLK Harmonics: Monthly Deep-Crab/BatStar Bulk Carriers Corp. provides seaborne transportation solutions in the dry bulk sector. The firm's vessels transport major bulks, which include iron ore, minerals and grain, and minor bulks, which include bauxite, fertilizers and steel products. SBLK has a VERY STRONG quantitative fundamental score (Greater than 8) with great analyst prospects (Strong Buy and Hold ratings). Furthermore, SBLK has an awesome dividend pay out @ 2.25 per share/year (Approximately 23.6% of the entry cost a 9.57). Therefore, this SBLK long play has deep-value at the price levels from 9.57 - 7.23. In this idea, we have a deep-crab pattern and bat-pattern showing us that price should reverse between 9.57 - 7.23. I expect price to reverse right at 9.57ish. I would set the stop-loss for 3%; however, I'd consider averaging into a position on this trade, if price goes below the stop (I don't expect it to). Once the 0.382 target is acquired, I would sell half of my position and set stop-loss runners to trail price by the 'Average True Range' of multiple timeframes. Once price has reached the 0.618 target, I would sell the other half of my position. The first target nets 97.3% (Risk-to-Reward of 31) and the second target nets 157.6% (Risk-to-Reward of 50.27). Averaging these percentage gains out and adding for the dividend (I would expect to hold this for at least one year), one would profit approximately 151% of their original investment. CAGR is calculated from swing-high/swing-low to swing-low/swing-high of Baltic Dry index (ticker:BDI) over last years. Marine shipping stocks are strongly correlated with the Bulk Dry Index. Stocks dropping during Index falling and stocks raising during Index raising. When Index raising and finding a potential swing-low, I will looking for that stock with the highest correlation whit BDI. Entering consolidation phase and lower before ERPlease see my previous analyses in the related ideas field. They pretty much nailed it at an 85% accuracy rate. The thesis is very simple. SBLK often performs four trending sessions between ERs . This pattern has persisted since early 2020. It often breaks up or down when seeing an unusual vol. The MACD always gives out hints about the trend. So the trading strategy is pretty clear with this stock. All you need is to identify the beginning of those trends. However, last quarter it became a bit tricky as it's impacted by the market directions and volatility. Those trends still existed but became rather hard to catch. No doubt the company operates strongly and its price holds pretty steadily. However, after 2 super seasons, I think we are going to meet a certain recession in this industry. One aspect is the overall bearish market sentiment. We will see money quickly move out of the market and there is no exception. So far I don't see any big flows but I kinda expect there will be when the market almost reaches the bottom. I think it will go sideways over the next two seasons. I will sell 90% of the position and re-enter when seeing the $24-$26 range. Of course, this is not a financial suggestion, and please do your own DD ^^. Thanks.

Take profit now and leverage for the next roundI had successfully predicted the trends. See I don't know if the pattern will be the same this season but there is no reason it will not. Therefore, here is my strategy for this season after it hit my target. I exited 80% of my holding of this company stock to take profit. I used the (costless) collar option strategy to protect my shares (April, $26/$29 Put Debit Spread, sell $34 Call, credit $0.05). I bet on the big drop before the end of March so I bought 4/14, $30/$25 Bear Put Spread for $2.00 debit per spread. I hope this bet makes at least $100 if it drops to $26 by end of March.
