The Property Investment segment involves in the investment of properties for income. The Others segment includes sales of construction materials, electronic engineering, design and decoration, and project management. The firm primarily focuses on first-tier and second-tier cities as well as third-tier and fourth-tier cities, which covers more than 20 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities. The company was founded by Wei Ping Song in January 1995 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China.
