Just like in music, 8 notes (A-B-C-D-E-F-G-A)... an octave.
I don't know if my chart will align properly, but here is the idea. Bitcoin started its latest move from 10,625.00 (bottom yellow line) and should make a u-turn around 15,625.00 (gray line at the top, just above the blue line). That's a full octave. Prices tend to turn at this...
Just to show (again) how price likes to reverse off of my horizontal lines; not always but in most cases. Always divide your market and you'll get something like this. I like to use Fibonacci, too. If I knew where the guy lives, I would shake his hand. :)
Watch how prices bounce off of my horizontal lines. Count how many lines we go up and down. Make sure you understand your market: downtrend, sideways or uptrend. Each market has its own set of trading rules.
It looks like LTC might go down to $40.63 and even lower to $37.50. Panic selling, mini rally to say around $40.00, and then maybe (a big maybe) down to $34.38. After that, a very fast rally back to $40.63, and higher afterwards. I am probably wrong, but hey, it's fun predicting stuff. You guys have fun, too, and don't take me too seriously.
