Going in a down direction, this is a huge bounce. Expect a quick 10%+ drop.
Sold short, position entered in at 81.00 (+0.07%). Look out below.
Cover some and take profit. Still bearish on YELP, and still short some, but covering most of it here. Price is now touching the lower channel of the downtrend. It might be oversold. If I'm covering too early, I still made a bunch of money. I'd be OK with that mistake.
Still at all-time highs? What's keeping it afloat are Vanguard and State Street and BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORP. And I'm not putting much faith in any of them.
Time to get long KATE. I expect a turn in price from down to up rather quickly (1-2 days). Weekly chart shows that price hasn't been this low since July 2013.
Price jumped 8.5% today. Seems more likely that price will retrace than continue going up. Eventually price will come back down; VXX doesn't usually stay high for long and there is contango. Short-term trade that may take 1-3 days. Shorting.
Interested and insightful comments on the gaps below outlined in this chart. Gap'n'go? Or bouncing points? … I'm short NFLX
Acxiom is touching a resistance/supply level. Although that level was tested on the way down, so not "fresh", but still likely to turn price around.
Yes kids, it is time once again, to short that shit. Get a 5% pop quickly. (and it's technically backwardation)
No Breakout / False Breakout — Expect a price drop, probably now, likely by the end of day. We have up dollar and a reversal pattern contributing the 2% upturn in price.
Overvalued house of cards reaching for the moon can't hold up much longer.
Gas prices on the rise, dollar potentially headed down. Price may retrace at this point to fill the orange gap (see chart) Though price may retest 78.08 This is an example of a "cup & handle" that is not bullish.
I like putting VXX short on when it bounces up a few percentage points. There's probably a more refined or smarter way to do it, but this works for me so far...
More info from Hedgeye.com. Again, they did the fundamentals on this company. No set target price on it, but... What no buyer? And still up? Do I hear $49? $49?! See that Yellow Gap? And no, I don't mean the space between Kurara Chibana's legs. Look at the chart, around $42. I'm targeting back down there again. YELP - SHORT
After a 9.7% jump in price, take advantage of the likelihood of price not going up much more + time decay. seekingalpha.com
