El Salvador's 'Bitcoin City' Project Suspected to Be Canceled

The "Bitcoin City" plan proposed by El Salvador President Nayib Bukele is suspected to be cancelled. According to a document from the technical branch of the Salvador Ministry of Public Works, among the projects carried out by the bureau, there is neither the Bitcoin City project nor anyone knows about it.
"Bitcoin City" is planned to be officially announced for the first time in 2021 at the Latin American Bitcoin and Blockchain Conference. Then Bukele announced plans to issue 10 billion in bonds, half of which will be used to build the infrastructure of the "Bitcoin City" and half to buy Bitcoin.
