ACTC is currently working wave 4 heading down look for it to be going sideways or a bit down for a couple more days before making a move up during wave 5. ACTC will find resistance at $28 if it goes past that look for it to go to $30 or more. First, make sure the bullish pennant is confirmed with a bullish uptrend.
