ADAUSDT: White/Aqua Upper in 4-hour as Local Support

Hi Everyone! Simply pointing out our B-Bands in the 2-hour contracted too much to provide a target range. Hence, pointing out the White/Aqua Lower in the 4-hour time frame.

However, it appears the Yellow B-Band Basis has a decent chance to hold in the 4-hour.
