The Board declared an Interim dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (i.e., 60% of the face value), subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’). The Board approved issue of Bonus Shares to the Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 2:5 held as on the record date, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the meeting by postal ballot," said Aptech in a stock exchange filing today.
