One option is that people who bought recently, could sell, with the understanding that if the PA drops enough, they buy back cheaper.
For that to happen, the amount of BTC that Gets sold has to be Large and more to the point, No one Buys it up right away.
Amd ,eanwhile, BTC is printing a New ATH on the Euro and seems to be working its way towards the ATH of the $.
