There's lots of FUD and bad news lately with China's bans on their bans ban, ETF hype & denials, regulatory issues, exchange drama etc. Let's not forget that BTC is up 63 million % since 2013.
Don't always zoom into the 5 minute - 1hr charts. Look at the bigger picture and zoom out every once in awhile to put things into perspective.
The media does not have our best interest at heart. Everything they do is only for clicks and views so they can not be trusted.
When you're stressing about price being down, go look at the history of the price action and you will see that it is not as bad as some people or establishments make it out to be. BTC goes through cycles, get more mentally prepared for it.
