BTCUSD: Speculative but Rhythmic - Does it sound nonsense?
I have already made up some charts & calculations. Based on the past performance BTC first grew some +120X, then 19.3X???!!!, next +130X & now it has been not more than +14X! Right?
What happened exactly during the 2nd cycles? Why there has to be such gap between BTC's performance? Only Supply & Demand can determine the Futures of BTC. Let's keep on wit a few important questions:
- What provokes Demand?
- What provokes Supply?
- Are they being Manipulated?
- How Mature is BTC?
- What are Criteria for BTC to be considered Mature?
- Maturity means what?
- In the Iranian SE - the TSE, some 7 months ago when everybody was waiting for the 5th wave to come, the market exactly went upside-down! The government supplied too much of its' share to people form its' public companies to ordinary people waiting in long lines at Brokers offices here & there in the country! TSE looked lucrative to them for the last 2 years!
These are very important notions to be addressed before moving forth dudes. Please make it really clear to yourself the followings:
1. How long I will wait for profit?
2. How much money/percentage I will consider to invest in this market?
3. Do you have a combination of Long, Midterm & Short Strategy for each part of money you have devoted to investing in Cryptos?
If you have no clear vision please do not even dare to step in. Trading is addiction. If you play it right it is really good. Or, you gonna loose just like 99% of those who gradually leave trading after 7 years. It is based on a case study that after 7 years 99% of people put it aside.
Swinger Trading is different from investment. Investment bears ample risk if it is not well-thought in terms of:
1. Money Management
2. Risk Management
3. Psychology of Investment
Based on MCDM (Multiple Criteria Decision Making), not a single factor can cover thousands of combinations of investment. If BTC consolidates the alts can grow, otherwise they gonna die & there are many such cases like BCN. It is technically dead. The last sentence is really of utmost importance.
