I have nothing more here than an observation look at BTC and its cycles since December. Notice that the periods continually expand, much like a fib time zone. With that, I lined up a fib time zone in a similar configuration, and they come close to matching up, obviously with some deviation to be had.
What's interesting to note is that with the Bull/Bear cycles I have indicated, there is a distinctive change in direction. With the fib time zones, however, they seem to encompass both bullish and bearish momentum, focusing more on a net change in that period, which seems to be minimal. Take note of the period between the 8 and 13 zone, for example. Notice that by the end of it, there was nearly no net change, as it comes close to starting and stopping at the same price. The same can be observed with the 3 to 5.
I'm wondering if we could expect to see our trend reversal back down in the last few weeks of August, seeing as the ETF talk is in the air. I guess we'll have to let it play out, as only time will tell.
