It looks like this pair is going to be bullish over the coming weeks, this is because the support has once again held and the price is slowly making its way out the support zone. The price seems to have lost a lot of momentum and volatility, this is not the best as the price seems to be consolidating and there are still chances for the price to return and test the support level of the triangle once again. In the long term I think the price of this pair would go lower, but for the short term I think the price would move up and once again test the resistance level of the triangle. The RSI is in a good position to move higher, it is above the halfway point showing it is favouring a bullish move.
