У каждого трейдера должен быть сценарий , при котором совершаются те или иные действия. Этот сценарий состоит из множества элементов и часто его называют "манименеджмент" (ММ). Данное понятие является собирательным и на мой взгляд подразделяется на две большие группы: а) Тайменеджмент и б) Риск-менеджмент.
Я не буду останавливаться подробно на элементах ММ, обозначу лишь один из них, а именно: временной диапазон, который является фильтром для поиска входа в сделку.

Анализируемый период - около 2-ух лет.
В теории шахмат есть такое понятие как "оценка позиции", сюда включаются такие элементы как положение короля (степень его защищенности), пешечная структура, поля по которым необходимо играть, слабости соперника (отсталые пешки, слабые поля и тд), количество "островков" и др.
На примере цены любого инструмента мы можем также оценить текущее положение, говоря другими словами оценить "состояние пациента".
Одним из элементов, который нам помогает в этом является технический индикатор "Полосы Боллинджера".
В классическом (стандартном) варианте его коэффициенты 2/20.
Мы же будем использовать 3/20.
Что это за индикатор рекомендую почитать самостоятельно.
На графике видно, что есть красные квадраты и зеленые квадраты.
Сами по себе они не являются сигналом для открытия позиции.
Но они дают подсказу, что нужно делать.
При пробитии или приближении цены к полосам следует понимать, что цена надолго не задержится на дынных уровнях и возможно изменение тренда.
Будет ли вы переходить на более низкие таймфреймы, опираться на другие дополнительные индикаторы - решать вам.
Это лишь один из элементов, который может быть конструктивным аргументом для открытия позиции.

Using the example of the price of any instrument, we can also assess the current situation, in other words, evaluate the "patient's condition".
One of the elements that helps us in this is the technical indicator "Bollinger Bands".
In the classic (standard) version, its coefficients are 2/20.
We will use 3/20.
I recommend reading this indicator yourself.

By themselves, they are not a signal to open a position.
But they give a hint what to do.
When the price breaks through or approaches the bands, it should be understood that the price will not stay at the melon levels for a long time and a trend change is possible.
Whether you will switch to lower timeframes, rely on other additional indicators is up to you.
This is just one of the elements that can be a constructive argument for opening a position
