sell on 70800 and SL 71300, target 69000/68000, if SL hit and cr

Here i mentioned a sell on 70800 and SL 71300, target 69000/68000, if SL hit and cross above 71300, than it will be buy for target 72100
why i have given this sell last time price comes down at 67800 and goes up at 71100 this is Fib 0.61% above and make a Bearish Engulfing candle with a red candle and this is for me its a Block order and also it CHOCH breaks, price retrace at Block order and also grab all liquidity
