WHAT PRICE CAN WE BUY BTC? WHEN DOWNTREND IS OVER?

this past few days rallies is not the begining of bull run .
it is just a slowdown for time.
look at the chart , what is this method ? -i do not know.
does it work? - i do not know.
i just know it is not nothing
i think that BASEs in a trend show us the destination of CORRECTION.
not the exact price of course .
i will wait to see the result of my prespective.
