CADJPY long is a go ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽŒ

Long
FX:CADJPY   Canadian Dollar / Japanese Yen
The strategy is in use here on CADJPY working the 15M chart.

Working our EDGE trend script for this idea.

Strategy was covered in a weekly review on Friday and now we have our first trade of the week.

A long trade has presented and is in progress.

Working to TP3 on the printed chart label.

Green lines are TP red lines are SL.

As always strategy tester results can be found at the base of this idea.

Menus in that box are selectable and so all the trade logs can be seen by you the viewer.

What is our EDGE script?

Our EDGE script is a trend following strategy, and can be used on any instrument and time frame.

The strategy simply sits in your TradingView and as the user see exactly what we see - the trade, entry price, SL and TP values.

EDGE script is a mechanical trading system which through third party services can be automated.

Our script is based on numerous indicators and when all confluences are met trades will alert.

When using the script you are able to see all the indicators used in the settings.

These indicators values can then be changed individually to suit and fit the instrument traded.

We just had to utilise Tradingview's pine coding and code in a built in strategy tester coded into the script.

Which means we can then instantly see back test results for instruments and know if what we are changing on the script settings will work or not on said instrument.

That means we are entering trades with confidence in our trading strategy.

Having the built in strategy tester also doubles up as a live trading journal too as the strategy tester will confirm and support every open and closed position.

It also means we have clear set of trading rules for our entry, exit and risk management which removes any subjectivity from our trading.

Thanks
