30 YEARS OF DAX

XETR:DAX   DAX Index
Hello there,

let´s keep this short!

I observed higher lows, while the Relative strength of the market shows Higher Low´s as well!
This is actually a good sign and looking through my binocular, the coming decade looks pretty bright to me!
We have a huge dip of 35%, triggered by the corona virus covid-19.

The financial crisis is here and it harms economy, global logistic und production foundation. Therefore producers won´t sell their stuff, people won´t buy and the goverments will earn less taxes, which results in public turmoil! We will manage this as societies, but hard times in the short term (coming months and years).

Anyway, technically this recovery mode is neccesarry, since we note a huge Bullmarket since the 2008/09 crash! Higher Lows while RSI shows higher Lows as well, which is-technically seen- a bullish sign!
Comment:
hello there, this is a short update: It bounced exactly from our happy little box here. I am still a bear, I expect a retracement to 11000-11500, to continue the bear trend, which I expect to last until 2022 or longer.
I honestly hope that I am wrong and we see higher highs, but seeing touristic, and travel business getting shred, overlal economy lowering, because no one is working therefore no one is buying is creating a spiral, which, if not controlled, can lead to massive and problems and a loss of trust into the markets, which would lead a run to other assets than fiat currencies...what happenes then, when inflation and recession kicks in, nobody knows! I will keep you updated, have a nice day,
your german quality-trader

Literally timed the market bottom of corona bottom in retrospective. Today we are facing other hurdles :-) It is always the same, simply the variables change

May the force be with you
