We have some worrying signals, so it's a good idea to have a market neutral position, picking stocks to short, while still looking for longs in undervalued companies.

I'd reccomend risking 3 times the daily ATR from entry as a generic stop loss reccomendation. The actual stops I use might be tighter, and the entries, some I took before posting today, so yours will differ, but it's certainly still a good trade to take tomorrow.
Keep risk per trade between 0.25 and 0.5% of the account.
